I received this watch 10 days ago and I think I can review this item at this time. This is the 3rd fitness watch that I have tried and also the most inexpensive and my bottom line is that the watch represents an excellent value for the price.Pros: Step count, miles walked, heart beat features seem pretty accurate. Battery life is excellent as I charged this when I received it and 10 days later it is still at 40% battery level. Screen is easy to read. The health app is decent to good and does what you need it to do and was easy to configure. I checked my calorie burn vs on line guides and it was pretty close to suggested burn levels for my height/weight. So all the main features that you want do work pretty accurately. Wrist band is comfortable to wear.Cons: The blood pressure feature like others have noted is inaccurate with systolic number. In my case it was usually consistently about 20 points low when compared to my blood pressure cuff. Diastolic number was pretty close. Sleep results were generally accurate when compared to the information that I got from using my CPAP, but of the 9 nights of sleep, 7 matched the CPAP and 2 were just completely inaccurate, not exactly sure why. Finally, connection issues. My phone is a Samsung 8+ and when you walk out of BT range with the watch, your phone does lose connection to the watch, however almost always, when I walk back into range it automatically reconnects. About once a day, it doesn't and I've found all that I need to do is disable the BT for about 4-5 seconds and the watch will reconnect. Sometimes I have to re-select it from available devices. I had this problem with the other two smart watches that I have used and frankly this is much better than those. Overall, for me, this is more a minor inconvenience than any major problem. This issue might be more phone specific rather than a general problem.Summary: For a $35 smart fitness watch, I find it a very good value.I wear my watch daily for fitness and activity. It's a plus that I can see my text messages and when I am getting a phone call at work.I switched to this from a Fitbit Charge, so I'll be using that as my basis of comparison. The good:- nice display, shows everything you want to know, date, day, time- heartrate appears to be accurate, based off my past fitbit readings being similar ballpark- waterproof! I take it off to shower and haven't taken it swimming yet, but waterproofing is a big must on a fitness watchThe bad:- sleep monitoring is not very accurate. It often claims I have been sleeping when I have just been laying there not yet asleep. Doesn't seem able to tell when I wake up, just when I get up.- app is a bit bare bones, especially period tracking. It doesn't let you log any details other than dates.- can't automatically tell when you are exercising. It has one "sport" mode for logging exercise that you can manually activate, but I'm not sure what it does other than note in your app that you exercised- the app has some wonky English sometimes, as does the manual. It could really do with a proofread by a native speakerThis is a nice economic basic smart band. It is fairly accurate and does all the basic functions well. All it really is missing is an O2 monitor for health and swimming for fitness.Battery life seems decent, I lost only 1 bar in over 24 hours. As a routine it seems waking in the morning and a 30 minute charge while I get ready for the day works well. I am sure going a day or two withoutna charge is not a real issue here.On an android phone it is best to load the H band program from the play store. Scanning the bar code did not work out well for me, My understanding is other programs will work as well. H band though is more than sufficient. There are 5 watch faces. no further customizations though. The default seems best but others that hide the health info. Faces are set in the H band program. If you want GPS on the fitness setting it goes through the phone. You must have it on you at the time. I have not tried it yet. There is a setting for phone finder. You have to set it in the phone and the devices stay connected. It would have been nice once paired if the watch could initialize a connection on demand. in other words to ping the BT and once it can establish a connection make the phone ring to save battery.Screen resolution is 240x240. More than ample but not the best. If you want really smooth look for 360x360.not a single tracking feature of this watch is accurate. the pulse is often inaccurate to my measurements by a decent amount, the step tracking is incredibly inaccurate and I couldn't find a way to adjust stride length, the workouts seem to just pick random numbers instead of tracking things. at one point I took the watch off and laid it on a table it workout mode and got similar numbers to my actual workout. it's a fine enough digital watch, but that doesn't make it worth the price or meet the expectationsfitness tracker works well most of the time. watch and app should be rebooted daily for best accuracy. the only reason i stopped using it was my sensitive skin was irritated by the electrodes on the back of the unit. i could not wear it everyday.I never had another product doing thisVery impressed with this watch, much better than I expected.Would recommend ?Just got this for my dad's birthday today. Sleep monitor not checked yet.Everything else seems reasonably accurate except for the Blood Pressure reading. We tried the blood pressure monitor several times compared to an actual calibrated upper arm blood pressure monitor and the watch was consistently lower by about 40 points...155 for the monitor and 110 for the watch.Don't buy this watch if you plan to use it as a blood pressure monitor.DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM!! Amazon will not allow you to return the item if it is defective like mine was. No where does it say this. The will make you deal with the manufacturer directly for replacement. I had to argue with the customer service representative about the return and that since I bought it through Amazon, they should honour the product. Finally they said they would "make a one time exception" and sent me the return label to return the defective product. STAY AWAY, too much of a hassle if you have issues with the item. This watch has been the best one I have bought in regards to accuracy so far. Blood pressure needs to be calibrated every few days but once it is, then it can be very accurate. And that's the main reason I bought this watch. It's sleep dat is very accurate, heart beat monitor works well, the step counter is perfect. I am not found of the app "H band" that is used to work with the watch, it's very basic with no support. The phone does notify about incoming calls, but I can't seem to answer them through the watch only hang up or reject the calls. Text messages come through no problem.
