The frame seemed fine, very comfortable and lightweight. I was fine with the general shape/look of them. I REALLY need glasses to wear at work and I would have kept them if they were somewhat usable, but no way. My eyes have been perfect until recently (mid 40's), and now close-up, small things are blurry. I need to be able to look up and see a person or distant thing comfortably, without having to take glasses on and off, on and off. I lose them, etc. These gave a slightly blurry distant vision. I chose several items at varying distances to look at with glasses on and off, looking straight to test them. Looking straight at a painting on my bedroom wall was slightly blurry, and looking through the top part of the lens got even blurrier, but I could see in perfect detail with them off. I thought the mid and top part of the lens was supposed to be just clear with no magnification. If that is not the case, then I am in the wrong here. The lower part of the lens seemed fine enough for reading, but so are my reading glasses, and the whole point of these glasses was to have comfortable vision whether reading a label or looking across the room, and looking across the room is a no go. If quality control tested these glasses didn't do a very good job. Maybe I just got a bad pair, but I don't have time to order another pair in hopes they will be different, so am returning instead of getting a replacement.
