I do a lot of kindle reading and these are great…even use them with other reading material, cuts the bright light.The light yellow tint blocks a lot of computer screen glare and reduces eye strain without distorting color to much. There are darker yellow glasses available if you need drastic reduction of screen glare. These glasses have provided the adjustment I needed.It’s great if you have to look directly into the sunlight from your office windowvery comfortable and light. It does the job for 8 hours of constant computer use.I feel no eye strain with these! It's incredible, they really do work as advertised.
