I purchased this splitter to add a TV to our current projector set up at our church. It arrived in a timely manner and was an extremely easy hookup however, when I got everything hooked up, neither the projector or the TV were getting a signal. I even switched to a different computer thinking there might be some issue with the video card in the church's computer but the results were the same. After about 20 minutes, boom! It just randomly started working after I did nothing different. I did notice that the USB power jack is kind of loose fitting and the USB power cable that came with the splitter was quite chintzy. I did eventually try a different USB cable but that didn't provide any different results. After hours of experimenting, I finally concluded that, for whatever reason, the splitter takes about 20 minutes to turn on. Once it's on everything appears to work as it should. I left the splitter turned on throughout the night and when I checked it this morning, everything was still working properly. I am sending this one back for a replacement. If the replacement does the same thing then I will send it back as well and look for something of better quality.***UPDATE*** I did a return and the next day I had another one in my possession. The second seems to work flawlessly as we've used it every Sunday with no issues whatsoever. The only downside is the second one... (I keep saying "second one" because it did not appear to be a "new" one.) came without a box and it appeared to be used to me. However, as I mentioned... it appears to be working fine so I guess we'll let that slide.
