Works great and for a decent price!Adapter works great, excellent picture quality, screen quality price and on-time delivery.I couldn't ask for anything moreIt's jobworked perfectly to add a second monitor to my computer.Exactly what I needed to connect a second monitor to my pc's video output. Without having the expense of a new monitor. I have two outputs on my video card. Output one is HDMI. Output two is DVI. I wanted to set up a second monitor to display maps for games such as Escape From Tarkov. My main monitor is newer and as such had HDMI connection. This adapter worked GREAT hooking up my second monitors VGA plug to the DVI output on my video card. Highly recommend.This adapter is good, generally speaking. It will allow you to use VGA monitors again and work pretty well for the most part. However, it's seriously not optimal and I don't recommend it. You can definitely plug this thing up and run it for 16 hours a day and it will be fine, however... Don't expect dependency or an optimal alternative to just plugging in a DVI or HDMI cable into a newer monitor. You're going to experience some random blackouts from your screen that will only last probably one second and it happens at random. (i know it's not random but this is the best way to word it) The colors may also be a bit off for your monitor, atleast that was the case in my experience. This little adapter has to do a lot of work and will overheat and if it does overheat that's gonna be some more little blackouts you're gonna have to deal with. Don't try running high refresh rates (higher than 60hz) or else you'll just make it worse and have to deal with even more blackouts.TLDR: I bought a new GPU and wanted to use my old VGA monitor so I bought this, but all it does it ruin the colors and have random disconnects every once in a while, especially whenever you're rendering things quickly or rendering something that's pretty chunky like a AAA game. Yes I tested on more than one VGA monitor.Works perfectly but it does not tighten completely. Minor issue as it does its job and hold itself well in place.Good fit
